Harris shows up — consistently, faithfully, and with determination at every 5 AM class. Like so many women at THE PROCESS who choose to stay the course, her strength and confidence have continued to grow year after year, and watching that transformation has been incredibly inspiring.

She’s a loving mama, a dedicated teacher, and a driven woman who deeply cares for the people around her. Harris leads with consistency, grit, and perseverance, and we couldn’t be more proud of her for reaching 300 workouts at THE PROCESS!
