Dakota (Holy Trinity, Class of 2033 π₯ππ£) has been training at PowerStrength Alpine for 2 months, showing up for 1 session per week.
Following in the footsteps of her older sister Danika, who trains in our high school program, Dakota has done a great job learning the fundamentals. Sheβs been focused on improving mobility, building strength around her ankles and knees, and creating a solid foundation for all three of her sports.
A great first couple of months with plenty to keep building on. π

Tate (Rockford, Class of 2033 πΎ) has been training at PowerStrength Plainfield for 3 months, showing up for 2 sessions per week.
Tate stays busy, brings plenty of conversation into each session, and has gradually learned to enjoy the training process. Heβs been focused on moving better, staying healthy, and building a positive relationship with exercise while keeping active through tennis.
