Well, another summer training session is a wrap. This summer was challenging for everyone involved. But in the end, the girls are ready for this season. They are faster, stronger and they jump higher. We had an 8th grader, 2 freshman and multiple upper class athletes hit 48 inch box jumps and some even hit 52 inch box jumps. All the while hitting deadlifts over 220, and hang cleaning well over 115 #.

No matter how hard I am on the girls, I am always proud of how they end the Summer and transition into season. And even prouder of how they fight for State every year. Jenks Volleyball

Never been so happy to lose a bet. Faizah with the #405 Trap bar lift. Steady progression throughout the summer cycle has made her stronger and faster. She is ready to help Jenks Volleyball make another state title run.

New Year, brings New Beginnings! Vertical Limit Fitness Brick and Mortar is now with at the helm.

What a wonderful, amazing, blessed trip it has been. That couldn't have been taken without the first Lady of Vertical .jdecker and the freakin fantastic coaching team of and Michael Such and of course every strong, capable outstanding member.

But do not fear... Vertical is still up and running it's Peak Sports Performance and Premier Personal Training with . Plus... is coming back!

Great things are on the horizon for all things Vertical... And Rally Fitness.
