🎨🌸 Creativity was in full bloom at Helping Kids Succeed! 🌸🎨

A huge thank you to Miss Ana from Ana Art for spending time with our campers and bringing their imaginations to life!

Our kids explored different textures and materials as they created beautiful tissue paper flowers and their own unique mini creatures. 🐍🌺✨ But this activity was about so much more than art. It encouraged creativity, patience, problem-solving, self-expression, and confidence as each child created something completely their own.
We love watching our participants learn new skills, try new things, and proudly celebrate what they accomplish. 💚

Thank you, Miss Ana, for helping us make memories one masterpiece at a time! 🖌️✨

Camp Success Okeechobee enjoyed a day of exploring the great outdoors with a field trip to Lake Okeechobee! Participants took a nature walk, collected flowers, leaves, and grasses, then returned to camp to create their own unique nature bookmarks.

Learning, creativity, and outdoor adventures make every day at Camp Success one to remember!

Innovation, creativity, and confidence took center stage at Career Camp as our students transformed the classroom into their very own Shark Tank experience!

Combining digital marketing, entrepreneurship, and culinary arts, each team developed a business concept, created a marketing strategy, and pitched their ideas to a panel of volunteer "Sharks."

A special thank you to our incredible judges, Artie Manfredi, Jill Marasa, Rosie Potero, Steven Rivera, and Christine Storm, for sharing your time, expertise, and encouragement with our future entrepreneurs. Your thoughtful feedback and support made this experience both educational and unforgettable.

We'd also like to extend our sincere appreciation to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Martin County for providing our Career Camp participants with a behind-the-scenes tour of their kitchen and sharing the journey to becoming food truck entrepreneurs. The real-world insights and hands-on learning experience inspired our students and brought entrepreneurship to life.

We are so proud of our students for thinking outside the box, collaborating as teams, and confidently presenting their innovative business models. The future is bright, and we can't wait to see where their ideas take them!

Celebrating 250 Years of Freedom and Independence!

Our Adult Day Training participants had a blast celebrating America's 250 years of freedom and independence a little early on July 1st! The day was filled with smiles as everyone enjoyed the photo booth, danced to their favorite music, played games, shared ice cream, and created lasting memories with friends and staff.

We are grateful for opportunities like these that bring people together, celebrate community, and make every day a little more meaningful.

Helping People Succeed will be closed on Friday, July 3, in observance of Independence Day. We will resume normal business hours on Monday, July 6th.

Happy Independence Day from all of us at Helping People Succeed!

"What felt like a dead end to me became an open door."

At Helping People Succeed, we believe that every family deserves support, hope, and someone who will walk alongside them during life's challenges.

For Kathy Gonzalez and her son, RJ, that support came through Lena.

"My son and I were going through a difficult season where his social anxiety was affecting both our home life and his experience at school."

After connecting with Lena through Helping People Succeed, Kathy experienced something different.

"Her work is far more than a job to her. She pours her heart into serving families and genuinely cares about the children and parents she supports."

The impact was life changing.

"Without Lena's support, I truly do not believe we would be where we are today in our school journey."

At Helping People Succeed, we know that lasting change happens through relationships, advocacy, and compassionate support. Stories like Kathy's are a reminder that when families are empowered, children can thrive.

Thank you, Kathy, for trusting us to be part of your journey and for sharing your story. And thank you, Lena, for making a difference that will be felt for years to come.

Turning Challenges into Success.

We are grateful to Riverland Quilters who recently donated beautiful, individually handmade quilts to Helping People Succeed’s Birth to Five programs.

These quilts are given as welcome gifts to new families as they enroll in our programs either before the birth of their baby or with their newborn and are also used to promote tummy time and floor play.

Families express how much they cherish these quilts, knowing how much time and love that went into creating them.

Thank you again to the Riverland Quilting Community in Tradition!!
