Monday, April 27th will be the last Pain Free class of the season 😢. The schedule shows the last class to be on Tuesday, but I have an unexpected dental procedure that I want to get taken care of before leaving and the only time they could squeeze me in is Tuesday at 11:30.
Remember - our first 15 minutes of class will be devoted to balance exercises.
Monday 12 noon

PAIN FREE THROUGH MOVEMENT classes look a little different this month! The first 15 minutes of each class are devoted to Balance exercises throughout April. And I'm bringing over some extra equipment!
How does standing on a slant board help your balance?
* It realigns your body by stacking your ankles, knees, hips and shoulders, promoting a return to natural posture.
* It stretches your calves which can aid in improving ankle mobility.
* It helps correct lateral rotation in the pelvis, reducing stress on the hips.
Mondays: 12noon
Tuesdays: 11am
Fridays: 11am
