Last night, we had a bit of a scare with a small after-hours fire in our coating area of the rod factory.

Thanks to the incredibly quick response from Martin County Fire Rescue and Stuart Fire Rescue, the fire was put out fast and the damage was minimal. We truly can’t say enough about how much we appreciate their professionalism and care — they made all the difference for us.

Cork Specialties USA was in another part of the building and fully operational today! We’re back in this morning, getting things cleaned up and moving forward.

We’re also very grateful for our industry friends, local friends, and neighbors who reached out and checked on us. That kind of support reminds us how strong this community really is.

We’re okay, and we’re getting back to work!
