Karen Alvarez, one of our instructors, has been swimming since she was 10 years old and has been an instructor for a year. She specializes in mommy and me classes but also teaches young children. If you are interested in Mommy and Me classes please contact us!

Karen Castaneda: one out of the three instructors, Karen swam on a club team since she was 5 years old and moved on to Division 1 college swimming. She also swam for the Ecuadorian national swim team and coached high school swimming for Saint Dominic Academy. She specializes in younger swimmers and perfecting technique.
