8 MONTH TRANSFORMATION ‼️

The first pic was taken at the end of 2020 right around New Years. It’s so crazy what you can actually do if you stay committed, block out all the noise, and put your head down and just work🧠
I was a skinny kid that loves fitness and working out as a whole but didn’t have the “image” of what I wanted to do or be taken seriously as. I decided I wanted to put on more muscle and look more “filled”.😤
Btw I am not at my peak physique just yet this is just to show you what I was able to do from January up until now😃
I had to find the right workout program to build as much muscle as possible and focus on the exercises given rather than the amount of weight (ego lift). I had to make sure I was eating enough to put on more size and weighing myself every single day to make sure I was making the progress in a certain amount of time⏳
It was a lot of nights not wanting to eat 3500 cals a day and myfitnesspal says you have 800 cals left when it’s 9pm. It’s daunting and hard but that’s where you have to put your head down and eat😮💨
There’s a lot of things to take in and realize when you do this. If you just jump right into it and don’t follow through the results don’t show. You can’t half fast it or do it when you just want to. It’s day in and day out. Develop a love and a healthy habit with it and you’ll be enjoying it more and more as the results come along❤️
