Muscle Growth – 5 Best Scientific Methods
1) LOAD - Add more weight
2) REPS - by adding just 1 rep to your set, you will be lifting more total weight at the end of each week.
You can go up to 30 reps with same weight
3) SETS - start with 3 sets and when you're ready, bump up to 4 sets
Rule of thumb, No more then 30 Sets on same muscle group within 7 days
4) TEMPO - slow down the tempo. MAX 6 sec (3 sec up & 3 sec down)
5) FORM - control the weight more, use less momentum, and feel your muscles activated, you are adding another method of overloading.

Same shirt - different decade
I used to want to be as skinny as possible. It was an unhealthy lifestyle
I was at the gym constantly, malnourished, and tired a lot.
I had to change my mindset. Before I would think I was "fat" if I had curves.
Now, my clothes fit better. I learned to love my curves, muscle, embrace my legs, thighs, glutes 🍑
Mindset is everything 💯
I am the healthiest and happiest I've ever been with my body 💕
