👨🏻🍳New Recipe: Pina Colada Overnight Oats
This delicious breakfast packs 19 grams of protein💪
Ingredients:
4.3 ounce rolled oats
13 fl.oz carton coconut milk
0.6 ounce chia seeds
1.6 ounce PI Nutrition Vanilla Whey Isolate (or plant based alternative)
3.9 ounce Canned Crushed Pineapple drained
0.6 fl.oz maple syrup
0.8 ounce coconut flakes
3.2 ounce unsweetened coconut yogurt
Steps:
1. Place rolled oats, coconut milk, pineapple, maple syrup, chia seeds and protein powder in a container. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
Refrigerate overnight
2. Serve one third of the oats, topped with a third of the coconut yogurt and coconut flakes
3. Enjoy
**TIP**
While this recipe can be eaten cold, it is equally delicious warmed in the microwave for 30 seconds before eating.
