We all know how important the basics are to obtain a world class level.
With that in mind we set up a special curriculum for all classes this month. We will demonstrate and execute the core basics of jiu jitsu Including in our advanced classes.
The structure will be the same but we will focus on basic techniques for the purpose of sharpening our skills which will allow us to obtain the next level in our art form.
