The Fitness Industry and the wonderful kind individuals it has put me in touch with has greatly enriched my life over the last 30 years. Friendship that have developed because of this career path would have eluded me had I not been nudged to go in this direction.

Resurrect tomorrow: Oct, 14th.
The warriors training begins.
Wake @ 3:30am.
Silent meditation for 20min.
10 min of sexual transmutation/Breath work @ 1:30pm/midday
(window from 1:30-3:30pm)
Green Drink & Supplements.
50min Strength & Conditioning Training 3days per week.
15min Walking Treadmill HITT 3 times per week on alternate days of Strength training.
Diet:1,000 calorie meals twice per day. Clean eating High meat based protein meals low carb.
10am & 4pm NO EATING PAST 4pm for 100 days!!!
Desert once a week on Sundays.
Semen/Seed retention for 100 days.
Sleep @ 7:30pm except when teaching- 8:45pm.
Drink a gallon of water a day.

I share this with Angelo as far as my Fitness & Nutrition Vocation. Much of what I’ve learned. I’ve been my own lab rat. I’ve experimented on myself. I’ve always felt as though this held more validity than double blind studies because studies are often funded by the very individuals who have skin in the game and having the outcome in their favor.
