For players joining new to Jersey City Badminton page, here are few information regarding the club.

Open hours:
Friday : 6pm to 10pm (slot timing: 6pm and 8pm)
Saturday : 12pm to 10pm (slot timing: 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm and 8pm)
Sunday : 1:30pm to 7:30pm (slot timing: 1:30pm, 3:30pm and 5:30pm))

COVID Guidelines:
• Mask up all time inside the building (except the time you play) - strictly followed
• Temperature check at the entrance
• Social distancing guidelines should be maintained
• Max 20 players inside the building at all time. One player needs to check in and wait in car/outside, once the court becomes free we will call you in.
• Bring your own shuttlecock and water bottles (You can buy it from us if needed)

Information regarding court booking:
• Please make a court booking in order to use our facility, we don't recommend walk-in
• Players can cancel their booking for free up to 12hrs before the slot timing
• A slot is for 120mins

Friends, below are the revised timing and have increased play time to 2hrs (from 1hr 30mins earlier) and will revisit in few months.

Friday: 6pm to 10pm (slot timing: 6pm and 8pm)
Saturday: 2pm to 10pm (slot timing: 2pm, 4pm, 6pm and 8pm)
Sunday: 2pm to 8pm (slot timing: 2pm, 4pm and 6pm)

*Below is the re-opening discounted slot price from now till Oct 31st:*
$48 per court for up to 4 players
$8 each for extra players
Max 6 players per court

$60 per court for up to 4 players
$10 each for extra players

Please note: we have tentatively suspended monthly membership and will revisit after few months. Extra slot timings can be accommodated on Saturday and Sunday for group of 10 players or more, please check with us separately.

*Booking window: *
Booking opens on Wednesday 9pm, players who need 2 or more courts can book before this window. Booking will be confirmed only when slot payment is received.

*Cancellation window:*
Below will be the refund policy based on when the slot is cancelled from slot timing.

12hrs or greater - 100% refund
3hrs to 12hrs - 50% refund
Lesser than 3hrs - 0% refund

*Older Credits Refund:*
We understand players have old unused credits, we will review on individual player basis and process the refund or adjust in their current bookings.

Friends... Below are the additional safety guidance we will follow as part of re-opening JCBC.

1. Mask up all time inside the building (except the time you play)
2. Temperature check at the entrance
3. Social distancing guidelines should be maintained
4. As per school norms the gym will be sprayed with disinfectant liquid every day. On top we will spray disinfectant liquid and clean commonly used places on a regular time period.
5. Max 20 players inside the building at all time. One player needs to checkin and wait in car/outside, once the court becomes free we will call you in.
6. Book full courts rather than individual players. Advance booking for players who need 2 courts or more.
7. Bring your own shuttlecock and water bottles (You can buy it from us if needed)
8. Courts will be assigned based on First come basis. Unfortunately we wouldn’t be helping to swap courts during the game time.

Friends, hope everyone is safe and sound. This message brings some good news. We are reopening JCBC from this Saturday- Oct 17th.

For the safety of everyone, their are few changes in the way we operated from last year.

First thing to note is teaming up - we will migrate from single player slot booking to a court booking (4 to 6players per court)
Second - we shall intermediately stop monthly membership. We will probably revise membership options in a month

Soon we shall share more details about the booking process.
