Congratulations to our Personal Trainer of the Month for August, Joshua! 🏆

🎓 Education & Certifications: B.S. in Exercise Science from CUNY York College; BLS, ACLS, and AED Certified; NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT); AFAA/NASM Certified Indoor Cycling Instructor

💪 Specialties: "I specialize in helping people of all ages and fitness levels discover that fitness can be both effective and fun. My goal is to make the “F” in fitness stand for fun by creating personalized workouts that keep you motivated, challenged, and excited to move. I strive to make your fitness journey so enjoyable that working out becomes a lifestyle—not a chore—and something you’ll even look forward to while on vacation!"

🎻 Fun Fact: "By day, I’m part of the rehabilitation team at Guthrie Lourdes Hospital, where I’ve happily worked full-time for over five years. By… well, pretty much my whole childhood, I was a violinist for more than ten years! I also attended a performing arts high school, where I spent four years acting, singing, and dancing. So whether it’s helping people recover, performing on stage, or trying not to trip over my own feet while dancing, I’ve always loved connecting with people and bringing a little energy to everything I do."

💬 Why did you go into Personal Training? "I have always been passionate about fitness, health, wellness, and human anatomy. That passion led me to earn a degree in Exercise Science and pursue a career in personal training. I chose this profession because it allows me to make a meaningful impact while continuing to learn and grow in a field that inspires me every day.

The most rewarding part of my work is helping clients achieve their goals, build confidence, and regain control of their health and well-being. Watching their progress and celebrating their successes is what motivates me to provide the highest level of support and guidance. My ultimate goal is to help every person I work with achieve their goals and become the healthiest, strongest version of themselves."
