I love Going to New Jersey and connecting with coaches across the country. Learning elite programming from and business tactics from has helped me to grow as a coach and as a business owner. Really thankful for and all the great coaches I’ve become friends with through this journey.

Please welcome our new coach Ashley!

Ashley has been interning with us for the last 5 months and is joining us as our newest coach/ personal trainer. Ashley has a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science, is a NASM certified personal trainer, and future Doctor@of Physical Therapy! She played softball for 2 1/2 years at RIC and has a passion for mental and physical health! She enjoys working out, running, the beach, traveling and reading.
She is now accepted One on One personal training clients and will be coaching groups here at Heavy Metal Muscle. If you are interested in training with Ashley, please reach out for more information!
