I’d like to thank my awesome instructors and black belts for stepping while I heal from my surgery. They took the first class by storm yesterday!!!!!! Thank you everyone for letting me count on you!!!!

Congratulations on the successful tests and promotions for our black belts. They are such an important part of our school and legacy. Keep being an inspiration to the students that you teach!

Remind her, we are closed this evening in observance of July 4 weekend. We will see everyone again.

Happy Memorial Day. We thank and honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice for the freedoms we have. All classes are canceled for today.

Today we celebrate 3 students who reached a martial arts milestone! We don't give away black belts and today 3 earned their keep!
