We had the pleasure of teaching lacrosse to the Johnston Cub Scout group. We talked about everything from the origins of the game and fundamentals, to proper warmup technique and passing. It was a great time for both the guys and the scouts, and we had a blast!

Great first practice of the season tonight! The guys played until there was no daylight left. Looking forward to an exciting season!
