Big weekend of competition for Flood City and Railroad City Jiu Jitsu. We were scattered in three different states competing. Our kids team along with Coach Ross was tearing the mats up in Pittsburgh for the Tap Cancer Out event. All of their improvements were shown and proven. So proud of all of them.

Coach Troy Kunrod, Rob Kyle and Sean Kenny made the trip to New Jersey for the ADCC open. Rob and Sean both brought back gold medals and Coach Troy brought home a hard fought Silver medal. This is a really big deal for BJJ in the area. These guys put in so much time on the mats while having careers and families.

Finally, Coach Brady Shriver fought a brutal Muay Thai war in Maryland. It was an absolute war going into the final round. Coach Brady caught an elbow to the eyebrow splitting a nasty cut forcing the doctor to stop the fight. Coach Brady trained so hard, was no doubt bringing home the W but anything can happen in the fight game. We are so proud of everyone and can’t wait for the next weekend of events.
