A few weeks ago, we had the privilege of helping with the return of the UPJ Volleyball Summer Camp!

UPJ has built an outstanding program, and it was an honor to be a part of such a great experience. Watching the athletes learn, compete, and enjoy every moment made it incredibly rewarding for our staff as well.

A huge thank you to UPJ Volleyball for allowing us to be involved, and to all of the parents who trusted us by sending their athletes to camp. We truly appreciate your support and are already looking forward to doing it again next year!

This is an incredible opportunity for young players to learn the game of grass volleyball from some of the best players and coaches our area has to offer.

Grass volleyball continues to grow in popularity, and many of us wish we had been introduced to it at a younger age. The unique skills, court awareness, ball control, and all around athleticism developed on the grass carry over tremendously to indoor volleyball and can benefit players for years to come.

For just $20, it's an affordable opportunity to try something new with virtually nothing to lose. Who knows, it may become their favorite way to play! And if they enjoy it, they'll be ready to take the next step and compete in the Pittsburgh Grass Open!!

🏐🍧 We're excited to officially welcome Cowabunga Shaved Ice as an Appalachian Allstar Volleyball partner!
