Camp Recap 🏐✨
We had the privilege of hosting our very first AAV All-Skills Camp at the beginning of the month, and we couldn’t have asked for a better group to kick things off! The energy, attitude, and eagerness to learn that every single athlete brought each day made this camp truly special. 💙
Over the course of three days, these girls learned a TON!! From hitting and serving, to blocking, setting, and everything in between. They were locked in from the start of Day 1 through the end of Day 3, and somehow still had enough energy to tell us they could do more days! 😅🏐
Of course, we had to keep our athletes fueled and hydrated along the way! Donuts in the mornings, plenty of great food throughout camp, and hydration provided by helped keep everyone going. We also handed out plenty of prizes, created some friendly competition, and gave out a few bragging rights along the way! A big thank you to Amanda Dorich and Amanda Wissinger for cooking up burgers and dogs on Tuesday for the girls as well!
A huge THANK YOU to our incredible instructors who dedicated three long days to helping these athletes learn, grow, and enjoy the sport we all love. We couldn’t have done it without you!
This first camp went even better than we could have imagined, and we’re already making plans to make the next one even bigger and better! We can’t wait to see everyone back on the court next year! 🏐💙
