Hey friends!

Welcome to Arnie’s House of Trollers… I’m Hallie, or Hal if you prefer!

If you’ve been around Arnie’s for a while, you’ve probably chatted with my mom, Tricia, at least once or twice. And if you go back even further, you might remember my grandparents, Don and Lou Ray…the heartbeat of this business long before I ever picked up a pair of pliers. The history before them is a little fuzzy these days, but the legacy they built is still alive in every lure we make.

I’ve been part of Arnie’s my whole life. I learned to count by counting lures and snubbers. I learned patience by threading trollers. I grew up on the water at Vallecito in Bayfield, Colorado, and I’ll never forget being six years old, catching a 19inch rainbow trout on a 508 Chartreuse Tiger. That moment lit a fire in me that never went out.

𝐓𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐈’𝐦 𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫. Yes, a few things look different…but the heart, the quality, and the standards are stronger than ever. Every lure is still made by hand, still made with intention, and still made to catch fish that make memories.
