You got this!

Most wrestling parents are training their kid wrong.

And it’s costing them matches.

If your kid is:

* Gassed in the 3rd period
* Getting pushed around by “weaker” kids
* Practicing hard but not improving

It’s not effort.

It’s bad training structure.

More drilling won’t fix it.
More matches won’t fix it.

Your kid needs:

* Strength they can actually use on the mat
* Conditioning that matches real match pace
* Control in positions—not just movement

That’s the difference between a kid who “works hard”
…and a kid who wins.

If you want help fixing it, message me.

Parents—read this before your athlete wastes another season.

Everyone wants their son or daughter to be “more confident,” “more aggressive,” “more explosive.”

But here’s the truth most won’t say:

Confidence doesn’t come from hype.
It comes from preparation.

Aggression doesn’t come from yelling.
It comes from knowing you can dominate the position you’re in.

Explosiveness doesn’t magically appear in matches.
It’s built through consistent, intentional training when no one is watching.

Too many athletes are:
– Drilling without purpose
– Lifting without a plan
– Going through the motions instead of attacking weaknesses

And then wondering why nothing changes.

If your athlete:
• Gets tired late in matches
• Hesitates in key moments
• Struggles to finish shots
• Or just looks “a step behind”

That’s not a talent issue.
That’s a training issue.

The athletes pulling ahead right now aren’t doing anything fancy.

They’re just doing the right things—consistently:
✔ Building real strength
✔ Training speed and reaction
✔ Developing position-specific confidence
✔ Fixing weaknesses instead of avoiding them

That’s the difference.

If your athlete is serious about leveling up this offseason, their training needs to match their goals.

Because “hoping” for a better season is not a strategy.

Message me if you want a plan that actually works.

Take the power back

Parents of wrestlers:

If your son or daughter works hard but still gets outpaced, pushed around, or fades late in matches… it’s usually not a talent problem.

It’s a training problem.

Most athletes only wrestle more. Very few build the speed, strength, explosiveness, conditioning, and body control that actually separate winners from everyone else.

That’s where I come in.

I help wrestlers become faster on shots, harder to score on, stronger in ties, and more confident under pressure through wrestling-specific performance training.

✔ Explosive power
✔ Match conditioning
✔ Speed & agility
✔ Strength without slowing down
✔ Injury prevention
✔ Confidence through preparation

Available online and in person.

If you want your wrestler to stop hoping they improve and start training with a real plan, message me today.
