They killed it playing "Hungry Crabs", doing push presses, banded pull-ups, and ab mat sit-ups! Oh and throw in a side of fun!

Our kids were back in action tonight with a little tabata action in the balcony!
Also, in case you missed it, our program is now ongoing on a monthly basis with open enrollment! There are still a few spots open and exciting things are coming for our kiddos!

How has it been a week since we've seen our amazing kiddos?!?!?!?!
Our first group of CFX Kids is in the books and they left quite the impression theiugh their hardwork and dedication! THEY ARE AMAZING!
We are taking a break for the holidays, but we'll be back with a FREE CLASS on 1/8 and regular classes starting 1/11/22!
