We have some exciting news about one of our very favorite Fitness Instructors! Patty Scaggs has held the certificate as a Certified Silver Sneakers Instructor for the past 2 years and has added Silver Sneakers Yoga to her list of credentials!

Patty will be facilitating a Silver Sneakers Classic Class at Fitness Avenue on Tuesdays, from 8am-8:45am and a Silver Sneakers Chair Yoga class following at 9am on Tuesdays. *You do not need to be a Silver Sneakers member to participate. Open tontje public!

Patty has such a passion for her own wellness and is excited to help others feel stronger, for more quality days.💪🏼

Moving our bodies for exercise encourages more quality days in our lives. Patty exemplifies the meaning of movement and exercise. You can find her on the treadmill walking 3+ miles a day, in addition to her walks with her furry baby, Charlie. 🐾

We will reopen at 7am on Friday, January 2nd.

In 2025, I taught 548 classes which turns out was 742 hours or 44,520 minutes. It’s a real good thing I LOVE this part of my days! 😉

💪🏼Group fitness is something I am very passionate about. Whether it’s a HIIT workout, cardio workout, or strength training with free weights and machines, there is something for everyone. Regardless of where you are in your fitness journey, I am intentional about meeting you where you are, helping to set goals, and provide encouragement for you to conquer them.

✨Whether you’re looking for more energy, sustainability, improved strength, weight loss, better sleep, or improved confidence, I believe a regular workout routine is an integral piece of a healthy lifestyle.

These 2 separate items were found at the gym. The AirPod case was empty when found in a treadmill cup holder, and this single ear bud was found separafely on 12/15. If they belong to you, we have them at Fitness Avenue.
