Happy Retirement to Mike Labarko !!! We appreciate your hard work and dedication of 30 plus years!!
Quaker Sales Corporation is excited to announce that Christopher Overdorff has been appointed to serve as its next President, effective immediately.
Chris began working full time at Quaker Sales in 2008, gaining experience and expertise along the way in all the various aspects of the asphalt paving industry. Since 2020, he has been serving as its Vice President of Operations. As President, Chris will be responsible for executing the goals that will further the company’s long-term success.
Chris succeeds his father, Donald Overdorff, who remains with Quaker Sales as Chairman of the Board. Don’s service to Quaker Sales began in 1976, and he has led the company as President for the last 27 years. Under his leadership, Quaker Sales has seen steady and consistent growth in its performance and operational capabilities. As Chairman of the Board, Don will continue to oversee the company’s general direction and its longstanding commitment to quality, safety, and innovation.
The remainder of the executive leadership team consists of Kevin McLaughlin, Vice President of Construction; and Caleb Overdorff, Secretary-Treasurer. Kevin, who joined Quaker Sales in 2004, has over 35 years of experience in the road construction industry and has served as a Vice President for over 10 years. Caleb joined Quaker Sales in 2012 after a decade of working in federal public policy. He has served as Secretary-Treasurer since 2020.
Since 1929, through all the dedicated efforts of our current and past employees, Quaker Sales has earned a reputation for quality and excellence in the asphalt paving industry. This transition, with Chris and Caleb representing the 4th generation of family leadership at Quaker Sales, sets the stage for that tradition and reputation to be carried into the future.
Congratulations to Chris and Don on their tremendous accomplishments and their new responsibilities!
