Just another weekend of climbing podiums and setting records for A56 lifters! A56 Programming and Coaching Client Drew Garrison Won the Strongman Corp. North East Regional and punched his ticket to the Amateur World Championships at the 2027 Arnold! A56 Programming and Coaching Client Nick Freedman competed at the RPS Boss Hog Showdown and set World Records in the 65-69 Masters Class in the Squat with a 345 and the Total with 1110! (And a state record in the bench and deadlift as well!). A56 Member Jeff Laporta set 55-59 Masters State Records in The Squat 520, Bench 370, and Dead 525, the Dead was also a Single Lift World Record! Oh, and a special little shoutout to Jeff’s Favorite Hardcore Wrapper: Brady Wright! Hell of a job fellas! You’ve all done the A56 Proud once again!
