Yoga for Stress & Anxiety
A 6 week series on Tuesday evenings
Yoga for Stress and Anxiety is a specialized class to help quiet your mind through simple postures, breath work, guided imagery and meditation. Learn the tools to help navigate through stressful times and keep anxiety at bay. Medical research reports that breath work and meditation have a positive impact on your health and well being, allowing you to return back to a balanced state.
Begins: March 10th to April 17th
Time: 6:00 to 7:00PM
Cost: $108
No previous yoga experience necessary. All are welcome. Please register early.
Maximum 8 students. Must pre register. No walk-ins allowed.

In the middle of a prescription painkiller overdose crisis in the United States, a San Diego VA study finds that veterans with chronic pain would be well-served to put down the pills and pick up a yoga mat.
