So many PR’s these past couple weeks 🤩 (lots not pictured also!!)
Life lately has so many moving parts and is sometimes overwhelmingly busy, but watching my pitchers hit their goals and be proud of their hard work is one of my greatest joys in life 💛

🌸 Speed Increase Leaders 🌸
Keara: 4mph increase
Finley: 4mph increase
McKenna: 3mph increase
Mallory: 3mph increase
Sofia: 3mph increase
Back in early winter I clocked each of my pitchers. These past 2 weeks I have been doing speed re-checks. While speed isn’t everything when it comes to pitching (I believe control, movement, and the ability to throw a change up are more important than speed), an increase in speed is usually an indicator of mechanics improving and definitely something to be proud of 💗
The above numbers are how much each pitcher increased THEIR speed from early winter. I listed the top 5 increases. I had many pitchers set PRs and I’m proud of each of them!!
A big congratulations to my leaders Keara and Finley for improving their speed by 4mph! I’ll be in touch regarding your prizes 😉🫶🏼✨
