Highlighting some of our exceptional athletes over the last couple of months 💪🏼🥳

Juliette and McKenzie are always excited to put in the work and their energy can uplift the whole weight room, these girls are always working and often have to do extra sets while teammates catch up.

Bennett has really embraced the weight room this season and hit PRs across the board during our recent retesting. Best part: the improvements have been showing on the court 🏐

Jose is one of the hardest workers in the club! He leads by example and is always asking about ways he can get stronger and improve as an athlete.

Congrats guys! Having athletes who care so much about their growth makes it all the more worthwhile for us coaches 😁🤙🏼

Our first athlete of the month, Luciano! A premier example of a good teammate and a leader. This kid works hard every day and does it with joy! Not to mention the 390lb deadlift 👀 Well earned Luc!

🏐 Summer Showdown Highlights: Varsity Volleyball Edition! 🏐

🔹 Jackson Fowler and Hayden Hill, both rising seniors, joined the Uno Volleyball Club at the 2024 AAU Junior Boys’ National Volleyball Championships in Orlando, FL. The dynamic duo helped their 17U UNO Elite team finish with a CHAMPIONSHIP TITLE! 🏆
🔹 Sean Dovin, playing for 630 Volleyball, joined his team at Nationals as well, earning a stellar 3rd place finish! 🥉
🔹 And, Jackson Fowler was named MVP of the tournament! 🎖️

Talk about an ace! 🏐🔥
