At some point, growing your business can't mean you simply work harder.

You need infrastructure.

What happens when a client comes in?
What happens after they pay?
How do you follow up?
Where are your processes documented?
What can AI support?
What can be automated?
And what still requires YOU?

Because if every new client creates more chaos, you're not scaling. You're multiplying your workload.

I've worked in the tax industry.
I've had things WORK.
I've had things NOT work.
I've pivoted.

I've had to figure things out while actually running a business.
So when I talk about strategy, systems and AI, I'm looking at it through the eyes of an actual entrepreneur.

I don't want to teach you something that only sounds good in a presentation. I want to teach you something that WORKS when Monday morning comes.
