PAULA’S PROGRESS💚
Paula started her fitness journey in September 2022! Paula and I trained pretty consistently (at least 5 days a week) from January 2023 to March 2023. From there, she has stayed consistent on her own time & continued to make fantastic progress!
The first pic is before we started training together. The second picture is after. The third picture is her overall progress! Overall, she’s lost 10 lbs & gained 4lbs of muscle! The only thing you need is the desire for change! I loved getting to help this friend of mine take her first step into a better & healthier way of life🤍

Went to dinner with these two lovely ladies!!💗 + a Much needed manicure/pedicure! I’m so excited for them for their weight loss goals since training with me over the past 7 months! They’ve met their short term goals; now we’re getting closer & closer to their long term goals! This lifestyle is a commitment. They’re prime examples that this kind of change IS possible!!!
Thankful for the friends I’ve made since I’ve started training! This will never get old!!!

CLIENT PROGRESS🚀
This is Mallory!!!! Mallory has made amazing progress since she’s began her fitness journey. So far, she has lost 15 lbs & gained 5 lbs of muscle!!
From not being able to shoulder press 5 lb dumbbells to easily pressing 20’s for 6-8 reps.
From feeling very intimated in the gym to walking in like she owns the place.
From being out of breath after one round of the sled, to having a full blown conversation with me as we do multiple rounds.
From not eating the right foods, to tracking her protein daily.
From not having much faith in herself, to finally accepting that she can & will continue to make progress and get the gains!💪🏼
From my experience training mallory, the biggest change I have seen is how much her confidence has sky rocketed from what it was before. I absolutely love my job because I love helping people transform not only their bodies, but their mindset & self confidence.

CLIENT PROGRESS🚀
6 months in with Jennifer & we are 30 POUNDS DOWN!
From box push ups to body weight push ups.
From one plate on the sled to two plates + a 25.
From wobbly lunges to steady lunges.
From no weight on the hip thrust machine; to 45 lbs on each side + a 10 second pause at the end with abductions.
From feeling defeated / out of breath in her tennis matches last year, to easily completing each match this year like it was just a warm up.
I love my job because I love to see this kind of progress in my clients lives. It’s a slow, but steady process! I’m so proud of her and the changes she’s seen in her life. I can’t wait to see more progress ❤️🔥💪🏼

CLIENT PROGRESS‼️🚀
FEBRUARY—> APRIL
Results like this don’t happen over night! It takes commitment and sacrifice from old habits to a new routine. This is my client Ellie!! She has been consistent for 3 months now! Between work, school, & her sorority, she has made this progress the healthiest way possible; by having a healthy relationship with food & having the right mindset😍 We aren’t finished yet!

Hello, my name is Lindsey Lloyd!
I am a personal trainer at The Trim Gym in Jonesboro, Arkansas! I have been training for 9 months now! I have always had a passion for health & fitness, so I’m honored that I get to be a personal trainer at the best gym in town! I’m a senior at Arkansas State Univeristy; I will be graduating in August 2024 with a degree in Exercise Science.
