The “Crain” Attraction Loaded BBQ Chips 🔥

RECIPE ⤵️

Ingredients

• 1 (13 oz) party size bag Ruffles potato chips
• 2–3 cups smoked chicken, shredded
• 6–8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
• 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
• Sliced jalapeños (optional)

Seasoning

• The “CRAIN” Attraction Ranch All-Purpose Seasoning

BBQ Sauce Blend

• ½ cup Hotty Totty Sweet Southern Shine BBQ Sauce
• ½ cup Maggie’s Farm Lottie’s Peach BBQ Sauce

(Mix together for a 50/50 BBQ sauce blend)

Homemade Ranch Drizzle

• ½ cup mayonnaise
• ½ cup sour cream
• ½ cup buttermilk
• 1½ tablespoons The “CRAIN” Attraction Seasoning

(Whisk until smooth and place in a squeeze bottle)

Instructions

1. Preheat: Set your oven or smoker to 350°F.

2. Smoke the Chicken: Season the chicken generously with The “CRAIN” Attraction seasoning and smoke until cooked through. Shred the chicken.

3. Sauce the Chicken: Toss the shredded chicken in the 50/50 BBQ sauce blend until well coated.

4. Build the Base: Spread Ruffles chips evenly on a sheet pan.

5. Layer It Up: Add the BBQ chicken over the chips. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon, then top with shredded cheese.

6. Melt the Cheese: Place the pan in the oven or smoker at 425°F until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 5–8 minutes.

7. Finish the Dish: Remove from heat and drizzle with homemade ranch and the 50/50 BBQ sauce blend.

8. Top It Off: Add sliced jalapeños and finish with a light sprinkle of The “CRAIN” Attraction seasoning. ENJOY!! 💯

The “Crain” Attraction Cheeseburger Mac 🤩

RECIPE ⤵️

Ingredients:

•1 pound ground beef
•2 cups beef broth
•8 oz. large elbow macaroni
•12 oz. velveeta (cut into small cubes)
•1/2 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
•1 cup milk
•4 TBSP The “CRAIN” Attraction All Purpose Seasoning

Instructions:

1. Brown 1 lb. ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease and return meat to the skillet.
2. Add beef broth, elbow macaroni, and The “CRAIN” Attraction All Purpose Seasoning. Stir well and bring to a boil.
3. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 10–15 minutes, or until pasta is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed - stirring frequently.
4. Remove from heat. Stir in Velveeta cubes, shredded cheddar, and milk.
5. Stir until creamy, melted, and smooth. Enjoy!

The “Crain” Attraction White Chicken Chili 🥣

RECIPE ⤵️

Ingredients:

• 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
• 2 (15 oz) cans great northern beans
• 1 (15 oz) can corn, drained
• 2 (4 oz) can diced green chiles
• 1 small yellow onion, diced
• 3 cups chicken broth
• 6 TBSP The “CRAIN” Attraction Seasoning
• 1 lime, freshly squeezed
• 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
• 8 oz cream cheese, cubed

Instructions:

1. Add to crockpot: Place chicken in the bottom. Add beans, corn, green chiles, onion, broth, seasoning, lime juice, cilantro.
2. Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
3. Shred chicken: Remove chicken, shred with two forks, and return it to the crockpot.
4. Make it creamy: Stir in cream cheese. Cover and cook on low an additional 20–30 minutes until melted and smooth.

Optional smoky finish: Transfer chili to a Dutch oven and smoke at 180–225°F for 30–60 minutes, stirring once or twice.

Garnish with your favorite toppings and enjoy! 😋
