Know your worth and make sure you put yourself where you are most valued...but that being said your worth comes from your ethic, your drive, from the best of you. Don't stop dont quit keeps pushing...if its easy its not worth it, it's not easy itll be worth it!

Alright this is something that I saved mainly for myself but its will be beneficial to all my people who feel like "I wasn't a bowler as a kid" "I haven't been coached" "My grandpa didn't bring me bowling". YOU HAVE THE ABILITY TO WIN!!! On any stage anytime you set your mind to it! The only person to stop you is you. As long as you learn when you run out of frames yoy still have won in one form or another. Don't quit and I won't quit on you either.

Guys for those who never feel like anyone has your back make sure to remember this quote. Never look down on them unless you're helping them up and never stop trying to be greater than yoy were yesterday! Will you fall? YES 100 times YES but get up one hundred and one! That one more get up is where you dont quit. They'll always criticize but I am proud of you!
