DF Bootcamp ‘24 begins on January 10, 11am, at the Paragould Community Center. You don’t have to be a member of the PCC to attend classes. To register, or for more information, text or call 870-974-1139.

These 9 super stars showed up in cold rain today for our 2nd Devoted Fitness class at the Paragould Community Center, and did they work? Yes, they did. . .hard at it for an hour with dance, drums, weights, and Pilates. Four of our regulars were out today, but we’ll see everybody back next week. There’s still room on the floor for YOU, so call or text me to get on the list, or just show up next Wednesday at 11am. 870-974-1139.
