Join us tomorrow as we honor the fallen by taking on the workout “Murph.”
Murph is one of the most recognized Hero Workouts, created in memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy, who gave his life serving our country in Afghanistan in 2005. What started as one man’s favorite workout has become a tradition performed around the world each Memorial Day to remember and honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
Doors open at 8:30 AM and we’ll start promptly at 9:00 AM.
Whether you complete the workout as prescribed or scale it to your level, come be a part of something bigger than fitness tomorrow.

“Leave it better.”
For yourself, that means showing up with discipline, choosing habits that strengthen you, and taking small steps daily toward who you want to be.
For others, it’s offering kindness, patience, honesty, and support — the small actions that lift someone without needing recognition.
For situations, it’s bringing calm to chaos, solutions to problems, and effort where most people bring excuses.
Little things done consistently go a long way. Daily, disciplined practice turns “leave it better” from a quote into a lifestyle.

Have a wonderful day off from the gym on Thursday! If you feel up to it, is having a Turkey Trot 5k @ Craighead Forest Park. They’ll be running from access #6 @ 9am
