Golden doodle and mini horse. Not too different in size or color.

Us: exhausted from busy weeks, horse shows etc. let’s take a rest day.

Also us: We have 100 square bales of hay being delivered today.

My husband: I’m going to see how fast I can do it.

He did it (with one other guy) in 8 minutes. 65 pounds per bale and 100 bales. Nice job.

The mulberries from our mulberry tree are delicious this year! Our tree has grown fast and I think I’ll try a pie this year. Surprisingly the chickens don’t eat them when they fall to the ground.

Running out to squeeze in a ride before the sun sets.

Trying to get these sheep sheared before the rain comes. Not my favorite chore but necessary.
