Hey, you. I'm checking in on you. It's Friday so I wanted to make sure you will not be too hard on yourself if things aren't moving as quickly as you would like. None of us are used to having to wait, be still with our body/mind, and find new ways of riding the wave of patience. Do you think your life is more presentable to society if you wait it out until it appears the way it once was? Oh, man, don't do that to yourself. Life evolves. If it wasn't chronic illness, it would probably have been something else. Use this weekend to LIVE YOUR LIFE. Baby steps are still steps. So get a nature walk in, prepare a special food you love, SAY YES to more intimate ways of connecting with others and learn to love a new genre of music. Fill that bathtub up, pour in some salts and use the time to check out and read something new. Jot down 3 improvements you have made in the last 6 months to 1 year and pat yourself on the back. Make sure to crank up your new music really loud and move that sexy body of yours! This life is all about how you handle Plan B.
