Zumba Dance Fitness is a fun full body workout where you can burn up 500 or more calories in a 60 min class! It’s so much fun you don’t even feel like you’re working out!
P.S. It’s okay if you don’t have coordination! This will help you with coordination, endurance, stamina,energy & give you a major confidence boost! Not only that it’s a blast!!!!
