One of the most difficult explosive core movements I do each week. I typically feel it for a few days after. Especially if I use 3 or more bands.

This video shows 2 of the many ways I like to train a body shot in isolation...

First part of the video is hands down...Why? Because I like to have the ability to deploy my skills from any and all positions plus the difficulty of generating power and landing in proper alignment is exponentially difficult.

Second part is pre-loaded allowing my left side and the rotation to lead my right arm slightly.

This is skill and attribute work not application.

Over the last several months I have been developing a free personal protection app. It is now ready and available to everyone!

This app is designed to increase your situational awareness, your decision making skills, your verbal responses, and your overall knowledge of personal protection. It trains the mental side of personal protection.

While it's not a replacement for physical training it is a tool to train your mind daily and that alone can increase your survivability. My app trains what is missing in most self defense schools.

If you do train somewhere then this is the perfect addition to your physical skills.

I've worked on this since the beginning of the year. It's completely FREE for everyone.

There's an option to donate in the settings section but that is for future investors, companies and so on.

There will be some on boarding pages, then a walk through video you can watch to better understand the app. Be sure to open it in your phones internet browser. As with most links fb will open it in its native browser at first.
