Did something different tonight. Skipped boxing and had a small field trip to Mercy Park to do some strength running ran by my top G . Everyone gave it 100%. Very proud coach!

Tonight's girls/ Adults class will be combined at 5:30pm at Mercy Park! Bring outside/running shoes. Sorry for late notice. Boxing gym will be closed tonight. Come get better!

MBAs very own showed up to fight last Saturday. Takedown defense was on point, followed by some hard shots of ground n pound. Also a beautiful knee replacement! We are very proud of you brother Justice Compton
