This Friday May 15 at 6pm at AliceCBD! $20 at the door. Please bring your mat and pillow and maybe a blanket so you can get comfy and relax. We'll do a short meditation and a sound healing with Gongs and singing bowls. I hope you can make it!

Next week I'm starting a yoga class. Gentle Yoga with Breathwork, at McNab Wellness, in Joplin.
Please join me Thursday mornings, 9:15am at McNab Wellness Center, 2650 E. 32nd Stret, inside Creekside Plaza.
This class will focus on movement, core strengthening and gentle breathwork. I'm excited to see some old friends and make some new friends.
