🏗️ Shaping the Future: Recruiting Committee Members for Baker Hot Springs & Fumarole Farm
I am officially opening the call for dedicated, forward-thinking individuals to join the committee overseeing the development, history, and land-use strategies for **Baker Hot Springs** and **Fumarole Farm**.
As the project lead, I have personally vetted and chosen our foundational team. Now, we are looking for the right minds to join us.
This is not a traditional, bureaucratic committee. If you join us, you will have the direct authority to form as many specialized subcommittees as needed to protect, remediate, and maximize this unique landscape for the future land owner.
# # # 🌟 Why This Committee Matters
We are dealing with a property that possesses immense geothermal potential, complex historical land use, and distinct environmental challenges. To set the future owner up for absolute success, we need a powerhouse team ready to dive into:
* **Geothermal & Ag-Tech Innovation:** Designing heat-exchange systems and hoop-house farming methods utilizing 180°F resource water.
* **Land Use & Historical Documentation:** Preserving the timeline, mapping physical monuments, and ensuring clear boundary settlements.
* **Soil Remediation:** Conquering the unique alkaline clay of the Sevier Desert to make the land viable and productive.
# # # 🛠️ Total Autonomy to Build
We believe the people on the ground know the project best. The committee will have the full freedom to establish specialized subcommittees on demand—whether that is focused on water rights, historical aerial imagery tracking, or infrastructure engineering. If it serves the future owner, you have the green light to build it.
# # # 📬 How to Apply
We are looking for individuals with backgrounds in land surveying, earth sciences, geothermal engineering, agricultural management, or local historical preservation.
> **Ready to leave a lasting mark on a truly unique property?** DM me directly or drop a comment below with your background, and let’s discuss how you can help shape the future of Fumarole Farm.

🌋 Farming on a Volcano: The Fumarole Farm Project
What happens when you combine agricultural ambition with geothermal geology? You get one of the most fascinating—and brutal—farming challenges on earth.
If the committee at **Baker Hot Springs** and **Fumarole Farm** (out in Utah's Sevier Desert) were to form a highly specialized subcommittee today, it would easily be the **Subcommittee on Geothermal Irrigation & Soil Remediation**.
Here is why standard farming rules don't apply when your neighbor is a volcanic hot spring:
# # # 🥵 1. The 180°F Water Dilemma (The 5,000+ PPM Problem)
The water bubbling up from Baker Hot Springs sits at a scalding **180°F** and carries a Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) rating of over **5,000 parts per million**.
* **The Challenge:** Pour this directly on a crop, and you will instantly boil and salt the roots.
* **The Solution:** The subcommittee's focus isn't just "watering plants"—it’s engineering closed-loop heat-exchange systems. By running the scalding water through pipes *under* greenhouse benches, they can heat domed hoop houses through freezing desert nights, all while keeping the actual mineral-heavy water far away from the crops.
# # # 🏜️ 2. Farming the Bottom of an Ancient Lake
The soil out here isn't standard dirt—it's highly alkaline clay, literally the leftover sediment from the bottom of the ancient, dried-up **Lake Bonneville**.
* **The Challenge:** Intense pH imbalances and aggressive salt crusting that can choke out vegetation.
* **The Solution:** Soil remediation requires a masterclass in earth science—balancing the pH, utilizing specialized soil flush techniques, and introducing specific organic matter to break up the dense clay.
> đź’ˇ **The Takeaway:** While standard agricultural committees are debating local zoning or traditional water rights, the folks at Fumarole Farm are blending geothermal engineering with cutting-edge soil chemistry just to make the desert bloom.

Attention all Baker Hot Springs and Fumarole Farm committee members:

Please go through Google Earth Pro history and inventory any losses connected to the period when Sheriff Anderson wrongfully arrested me and the BLM placed a survey marker while I was incarcerated. During that time, steel beam monuments, property markers, equipment, materials, and other belongings disappeared in what we believe was a coordinated land-grab attempt against our claims and restoration efforts.

Document anything you can identify, including:

- Steel beams and monuments
- Corrals, fencing, or livestock infrastructure
- Equipment, tools, or building materials
- Guesthouse-related property or investments
- Water, grazing, mineral, or access improvements
- Any signs of trespass, removal, or destruction

Please save screenshots, dates, coordinates, and written descriptions from Google Earth Pro historical imagery so we can organize records of losses and establish timelines for future claims, restitution efforts, and protection of committee interests.

Report your findings back to the committee archive so we can preserve evidence and maintain a unified inventory of damages and missing property.
