SEPTEMBER is the perfect time for a FRESH START! (Even for instructors!)

I have taken the last six weeks off to focus on my handmade business, watch my grand girls, and to spend time with Peggy creating a whole NEW fitness concept for our exercise group.

Re-naming our group a “club” doesn’t mean we have a physical building you can come to at any time. It means you belong here! Members will have access to us and fellow members to ask questions, start dialogs and give each other helps and encouragements on our private Facebook group.

And my YES….it is a journey isn’t it? And we couldn’t be more excited to RE-BOOT this class with you!

Classes are starting Monday, Sept 14!
Classes will be offered Mon & Wed at 11 am

There are 4 decades of women here. Although we have different abilities and fitness goals, we represent a small portion of the women who meet and enjoy these dance fitness classes.
