We are having a pop up class at 6:00 am l on Tuesday, Sept. 29. Our first class is always free so come and join us for some dance fitness! No experience necessary.

September is all about FRESH STARTS!

Our dance fitness class is all about getting in our exercise, having fun and enjoying community with other women!

This week we have our regular classes Monday & Wednesday at 11:00 am PLUS….. A pop up class Tuesday at 6:00 am! (This class is great for all of you who need something around your work schedule, have littles at home or are just an early bird at heart.

So grab your water bottle & comfy shoes and enjoy your “first class for FREE!” After that classes are just $30/month.
