Over a sunny and cold weekend, I was hosted by Rainforest Yoga, a nonprofit in Juneau, AK. The students and board members welcomed me into their space as the first in-person workshop to take place in over two years. What a gift to feel safe to gather again in community. I'd like to thank all the students who showed up ready to receive and share in the practice of self study.

A special note of recognition goes out to those that attended Sunday's class, inspired by the Fire element we leaned in to the the fundamentals of pain science with an aim of finding our inner will (fire) to shift away from suffering and back into a vital life. Each student in attendance received and participated with courage and open vulnerability.

I couldn't have asked for a better reception of this first attempt at offering the practical applications of "Pain Science Yoga Life" in a group setting. I am full and inspired. Watch out for more of this in 2023 and reach out if you want to host a workshop at your space.
