If you pushed yourself hard over the past couple of sunny days, join Pam tonight for Restorative Yoga from 4:30-6PM! Even if you didn't hike a mountain and just enjoyed the sun from the beach, replenish yourself with this restful practice to slow down and open your body with the support of props.

Begin by awakening the subtle body through breathwork and gentle movement then ease into gentle flows and standing postures to promote grounding and awareness before rounding out the class with deeper stretches and release. This class is for all levels with plenty of modifications for accessibility.

Less than a week for Hips of Happiness, an Iyengar yoga class with Nicole Murphy! In this class you will learn to improve hip mobility and functions. Iyengar yoga makes poses available to all body types. We will slow down and explore prop use for various physical limitations in a variety of common poses. Join us Wednesday, 7/31 from 5-6:30PM!

Join us as we welcome Sarah Lamb back for 2 levels of reiki training! Reiki level one focuses on healing yourself, family, and friends. Level one healing attunement will cleanse you on the physical level. The energy works through your chakras for 21 days, offering you a deep, energetic and spiritual cleanse. Taking one will allow you to understand yourself on an energetic level and perhaps deep in your connection with all sentient beings.
