This challenge can help you increase your cardiovascular endurance and agility with manageable daily increases in effort to help you attain greater overall fitness. Not sure how to do a burpee? From a standing position, lower to a squat and put your hands on the floor. Jump your feet back to a plank position. Now jump your feet back landing just outside your hands. Reach your arms up and jump into the air. Land and then repeat by returning to the squat.

Stretch time! Stretching can help increase your range of motion, improve circulation, and improve flexibility. When done correctly, this move is great for stretching out your inner thigh area. In a sitting position, while holding your feet, place the soles of your shoes together. Let your thighs relax toward the floor. For extra pressure, place your elbows on the inside of your thighs. Hold for 30 seconds. Never skip your stretches!
