Hi Everyone. Thanks for sticking with us during COVID. We are monitoring The Gym. People are generally wearing their masks, wiping equipment down before and after use. Thank you all. Keep the vaccine in your thoughts, be safe, and help keep the small businesses afloat.

Tuesday 6am Rish & Shine Yoga
Tuesday 12pm Take-a-Break Tuesday (20 minutes come as you are)
Sunday 9am Roll & Restore (same time as live class - foam roller and tennis ball helpful)
