So try not to get disheartened if your due date is fast approaching, or has come and gone, and you haven’t gone into labor yet! It’s okay, Mama! Helps to gently open the body, relieve low back pain, stretch the hamstrings, and clear the “monkey mind” with some breath-to-movement connection.
