This is a hard truth.
None of us are entitled to a healthy life, and some of you were dealt a more difficult hand than others.
The fact remains the same…
If you want the longest, healthiest life possible, you have to work for it.
No one is coming to save you.
No one can do your exercise for you.
No one else can manage your stress.
You’re the one who has to make lifestyle choices that support the health you want.
This is why health and vitality become such a big flex the older you get.
They can’t be bought.
Health is wealth.
Always has been.
Always will be.
You can ALWAYS ask for help, and you can ALWAYS change course.
Like we tell our clients, we are here to support and guide you, and you must do the work.

We all want to live as long as we can.
Not just be alive, but actually live and be active.
In order to do that, we all know how important our health is for our longevity.
What’s not ideal for your longevity is to end up with aches and pains that prevent your from being active, especially active in a way that you enjoy.
When it comes to the recipe for longevity, we break it into two parts:
Sustainability and Resiliency.
Can you be sustainably active with the way you train/veiw your active life?
This doesn’t mean training the exact same way today that you will in 20 years.
What we mean is, do you know how to adapt and change the way you’re active day to day, week to week, month to month, year to year based on your own body and interest in a way that ALLOWS you to continue being active the way you enjoy?
There’s a certain amount of education and understanding of your health and recovery that’s necessary for this.
When it comes to resiliency, are you training and recovering in a way that enables your muscles, tendons, and joints to become or maintain resiliency or are you constantly beating yourself up in workouts?
Are you addressing areas of need with muscles, tendons, and joints or are you ignoring issues/using bandaids?
When both of these areas are dialed in, what you end up with is an individual who has the capacity and understanding to be active for years and years to come.
That’s the goal isn’t it?!
