When I decided I was going all. the. way. in my PTSD recovery, I had to develop a new set of beliefs.
This was one of them... and now I use the concept in my work every day to help other survivors on their journey to freedom.
Thanks Infinite Mindcare for standing strong with me in this idea, and for all you do to support those on the quest to triumph over trauma.
"Even in the midst of trauma and darkness, there is a spark of resilience within us that can ignite the path to healing and recovery." - Michele Rosenthal .rosenthal
Michele Rosenthal, author, a PTSD survivor and advocate, reminds us here of the inherent resilience that resides within those facing PTSD. This resilience allows us to see the potential for hope, healing, and our ability to overcome adversity.
We find her words encouraging and hopeful, and we hope those that are navigating their journey towards recovery feel the same, and are reminded that there is always a glimmer of light to be found even in the darkest moments.
Reach out today to our staff if we can help you if you’re struggling with PTSD or any other mental health concern. We’re here to support your healing and recovery. Our staff at Infinite Mindcare are trained in evidence-based trauma treatment and can help guide your journey to healing.
