Functional movements keep the entire body strong. They are movements we preform through our day.
Deadlifts can be preformed the wrong way and injure the spine muscles tendons ect. Proper alignment and positioning is very important taking pressure off the discs. Mary is learning positioning, how to pick up the bar, how to use her body properly at different points. We see so many back injuries due to poor lifting.

Squats are the number one exercise. Compound motions create strength endurance and stamina. A modified squat would be sit to stand off a chair progressing lower and lower as the tendon’s and muscles strengthen within the range of motion. Slow and progressive
Patience over time produces results
Dancing, sports, martial arts is a great way to stimulate the neuromuscular system. Dancing is one of my favorite ways to relax and have fun😊
