Deadlifts number 2
Functional movements keep the entire body strong. They are movements we preform through our day.
Deadlifts can be preformed the wrong way and injure the spine muscles tendons ect. Proper alignment and positioning is very important taking pressure off the discs. Mary is learning positioning, how to pick up the bar, how to use her body properly at different points. We see so many back injuries due to poor lifting.
