Meet Charlie Tooch

Itโs something we hear so often when someone is learning a new movement. But is it actually weakness?
In this video, Charlie offers an important perspective: being uncomfortable with a movement, unfamiliar with it, or simply doing something new doesnโt necessarily mean youโre weak.
Sometimes your body is simply learning.
With more than two decades of experience as a Pilates specialist, Charlie brings a thoughtful and insightful approach to movementโlooking beyond the exercise itself to understand the person in front of her.
Charlieโs connection to Inside Out Pilates goes back to our earliest years, making it especially meaningful to welcome her back in a new educational role.
She designs and teaches signature workshops in Scoliosis, Back Mechanics, PNF Stretching, Bones & Brain Health, and Strength for Women in Menopause & Beyond.
Weโre excited to share Charlieโs knowledge through a series of educational workshops at Inside Out Collective for clients, Pilates instructors and fitness professionals.

Cardio Sculpt with Kelley Ann combines the Reformer, jumpboard and EXO Chair for a fun, energizing workout that builds strength, endurance and control โ with options and modifications so you can work at the level that feels right for you.
And donโt let the equipment intimidate you! The jumpboard and EXO Chair are incredibly fun and effective pieces of Pilates equipment โ sometimes you just have to give them a try. You do not need previous jumpboard or Chair experience. Kelley Ann will guide you through it, help you get comfortable with the equipment and show you just how much you can do.
And if you already love the jumpboard and Chair? Get ready to work.
